CHROM FREE ACR:No chromium Conversion treatment process
We have developed Chrom free ACR in stead of Chromate treatment for post treatment of Alloy plating. This process is not used chromium (Ⅵ) at all.

Process
Degreasing -> Rinsing (multiple times) -> Chromium-Free ACR -> Rinsing (multiple times) -> Drying (70-80℃ (160-175°F)
Working condition
- Density: 250mL/L + additive 5mL/L (when in use)
- Temperature: Room temperature (15-35℃, 60-95°F)
- Treatment: 3-5 min
- pH: 7±0.5
- Treatment tank: Stainless steel, PE, PP, PVC
