ELECOAT NICELON is electrodeposition process that is dispersed fluorinesin by special dispersing agent.
Characteristic
- The film has non-adhesiveness, low-frictionality.
- Excellent water repellency, oil repellency.
- Complicated from of products can be coated uniformly.
- Excellent heat resistance. (200～300℃)
Application
- Non-adhesiveness：Engine parts, metal gasket, packing etc.
- Low-frictionality：Frictional parts of electronic products, precision instrument,optical instrument etc.
- Staining resistance ： Chemical plant, laboratory instrument, various measuring apparatus etc.

Working condition
ED： 30～200Ｖ－2m.
Setting： 80～120℃－15m.
Baking：180～210℃－30m.
